The staff was top-class, caring. The location was peaceful and perfect, not far from the rice terrace and restaurant which overlook the jungle valley and the center of Ubud. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe Bintang, that offered tea and coffee.

One minor improvement could be to increase the number of sunbeds by the pool.

The room was amazing, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a blessing in the hot weather, and the separate sitting area was great for relaxing. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the private bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Plus, the safety deposit box gave me peace of mind.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the carpeting in the selected guestrooms. But hey, everyone has different preferences, and some people might actually enjoy it.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a downside, as it was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. the Wi-Fi service was unreliable and frustrating to use.

We had an amazing and romantic stay at this stunning hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we even got to enjoy a floating breakfast in the pool which was a unique and awesome experience. The views from the terrace were breathtaking and the room was beautifully designed and spacious. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered scooty services at reasonable rates which allowed us to explore the area easily.
The slow and patchy Wi-Fi in some areas of the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient at times. we found the taxi drivers outside the hotel to be quite pushy and aggressive which put a damper on our experience.

During my recent stay at Nata, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of traditional Balinese farm life from the infinity pool terrace and dining area. The hotel has created a serene and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a relaxing day by the pool or savoring a delicious breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and spacious balconies overlooking the stunning scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor noise disturbances and some limited bathroom amenities, I would highly recommend Nata for its luxurious ambiance and exceptional location. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose Nata again for my next visit to Ubud.
